What is your return/exchange policy?
Full priced merchandise purchased directly from Dagon may be returned/exchanged within 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will not be accepted. Any discontinued items will not be accepted. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
If we made a mistake and sent you the incorrect size, color or style, and you'd like to exchange it for the correct item, we will send you a prepaid label.
If you need to return or exchange your merchandise for any reason, please send us an email at email@example.com or call 832-333-2466 to receive a RAN# from customer service.

I'm buying this as a gift- what if they don't like it?
Chances are, they'll love it. You'll be lifted up and cheered around the room. On the slim chance that doesn't happen, we can exchange or return the item- as long as it's unworn, unwashed & in its original condition.
How long does it take to ship/arrive?
Shipping speed for the continental US is typically 1-7 business days, depending on your location. We ship out of Houston, TX via USPS. Other shipping options are available upon request.
Orders are processed Monday-Friday. It will take one full business day to ship your order out. If you place an order on Friday, it will not ship until Monday. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Tuesday.
USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days delivery
USPS Priority Mail Express: Next-day to 2-day delivery
*Please note that shipping does not begin when your order is placed, only once your order has been packed and scanned in by USPS. Shipping speeds are NOT guaranteed, as USPS has ongoing delays.*
All orders come with a Dagon sticker/decal.
Do you ship internationally?
We will ship to most countries. Customer will need to fill out this form and email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Customer will be directly responsible for all shipping costs, customs and duties. We will not use any third party shipping couriers. We will only ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL.
What's the best way to wash the shirts?
Machine wash cool with similar colors. Low - medium heat in dryer.
Do not iron over the decoration (around pockets & inside neck label)
Do not dry clean.
Will Dagon sponsor me/my fishing channel, etc..? What about discounts for guides/captains/outfitters?
Dagon is interested in partnering with a few special fishermen to help grow the brand. Please fill out the pro-deal application. If you're applying for a sponsorship, make sure to specify that you're interested in that. If not, your application will be looked at based on your guide/captain/outfitter status.
Can I put my company/tournament logo on your shirt?
We have worked with companies in the past to co-brand shirts. Please send an email to email@example.com if you're interested in co-branding. We use a local printer, and will work with you on cost.
